ACWA’s Community Leadership Program is back for 2021

We’re excited to confirm that we are now taking enrolments for ACWA’s Community Leadership Program for 2021.

Designed to unlock leadership potential within middle managers and team leaders, the Community Leadership Program is a transformative journey comprising workshops on adaptive leadership, team leader profiling, coaching and neuroscience, as well as webinars, a workplace project and individual coaching sessions with highly experienced, accredited coaches.

This year’s program will look a little bit different, as we’ve decided to go virtual so that participants can be confident that their learning will go ahead whatever 2021 may throw at us!

Our facilitators have spent the last 12-months adapting to the virtual environment and developing creative ways to deliver positive, interactive learning experiences.

Organisations such as the Red Cross, Barnardos, CatholicCare, AbSec, Life Without Barriers, the Department of Health, Anglicare and the Department of Communities and Justice have all nominated their emerging leaders to undertake the program, now in its 13th successful year.

“The course was very well put together. The tutor was excellent. The course was via zoom and she made it very engaging and we all felt involved.”

"The online breakout rooms were fantastic. They allowed people to interact the same way as being in a room together.”

“Enjoyed that it was spread across 4 days/2 weeks. As it gave time to try things out and come back with feedback.”
