‘For the Kids’, a short documentary commissioned by ACWA and AbSec about Kempsey-based Aboriginal foster carers Eddie and Rose Vale, is available to watch on YouTube. It was screened as part of last Friday’s ‘Safe: On Country and In Culture’ event as a catalyst for wider dialogue around the need for more Aboriginal carers in our community.
