Disability Justice Project

The Disability Justice Project is a two year capacity building project, funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) and is a partnership between ACWA, Life Without Barriers, and the Intellectual Disability Rights Service.

The project  offers free training, learning materials and support through Communities of Practice to disability service providers across NSW working with those who have cognitive disabilities and may have contact with the Justice System.

The aim is to ensure that service users are able to exercise their rights under the law.
