About the role:

Our Children and Young People Services in the Western Region encompass distinct but interlinking programs for children with disabilities (0-17 years old). After School Care, Vacation Care, and Kingsdene Cottage are centre-based programs, while our Out and About
Program enables participants to pursue recreational activities in groups or individually. You will be responsible for providing high quality assistance and support to participants in their own home, in the community or at our centres. Support will include (but not limited to) assisting with and or supervising personal tasks of daily life along with enabling a participant to independently engage in recreational and social activities in the community .You will be required to travel to clients' homes as part of your role.
