Linda has nine years experience working with ACWA.
Prior to joining ACWA in 2001, Linda lived and worked in New Zealand. Her first career was as a flute and piano teacher, but she also worked for a small non-profit organisation, running parent education courses.
Linda’s main responsibility at ACWA is to develop, maintain and monitor all the activities and processes associated with our status as a registered training organisation (RTO). This can include planning future courses and qualifications to be offered, developing course and assessment material, monitoring quality, marking assessments, reporting statistics to the relevant government authorities and assisting other staff who are developing nationally recognised training.
Linda has degrees in Creative Arts (Music Performance) and Administrative Leadership, a Diploma of Management and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She has just completed a Diploma of Training and Assessment Systems. She would like to do further study in human resource management, workplace learning and workforce development.
